I was raised by two of the hardest working people I have ever know. My parents owned a construction company and have worked in South Texas for 35 years. You cannot underestimate what one learns sitting at the breakfast or dinner table with two people who are so passionate about giving their client’s a place to raise children and to call home. What was foremost was their desire to provide QUALITY and SERVICE.


While I didn’t come directly to the real estate industry, the nuances of it were my life blood and it ran through every fiber of my being. Being a REALTOR means that I work with the highest code of ethics. My foremost duty is to provide my clients with the best possible experience and I do so by putting their needs above everything else. The goal is to make the process run smoothly from start to close including walking through the step-by-step process of buying and selling a home; providing comparable market analysis; neighborhood information on schools, shops and restaurants; advertising the listing, negotiating with buyers and sellers; alerting my clients to potential risks; setting up showings; and coordinating with necessary vendors for surveys, appraisals and inspections.


I truly love this industry and everything about it. The market conditions are always changing. It is important to me to stay on top of those changes to better serve my clients and provide them with the upmost quality of information. When a new development is being planned and or local community has issued permits to a new commercial development near a neighborhood where I have a listing, I stay up to date on the information and in the know. Staying up to date in the changing market is also being informed on the tools available to me as a REALTOR. We have unique benefits that provide us the latest multimedia and internet tools and network with top agents across the U.S. I utilize those tools to provide the most exposure for my clients.


For most people, buying a home is on e of the biggest decisions they will make as it is usually the largest portion of their budget. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing my client’s smile as I hand over the keys to their new home. Being a REALTOR is hard work. But one of the most rewarding when you know you have done everything you can to provide the quality and service to those you are working with.
